We are always looking for new voices and new writing. Our publication schedule is year-round, except during special issues where we will put out a special call for submissions.
We accept simultaneous submissions, but writers must inform us immediately after their work has been accepted elsewhere.

We currently only publish poetry and literary fiction. We do not publish book-length manuscripts. Please submit one genre/work for consideration at a time.

We do not accept previously published works (this means works that have appeared online or in print – including your personal blog).
For literary fiction, please submit up to 3000 words of prose, double spaced, and in Times New Roman, font size 12.
For poetry, please submit 2-3 poems with a maximum of 30 lines per poem, also in Times New Roman font size 12. All poems must be submitted in a single document attached.

Ensure that your submission includes an author image or headshot as well as a short bio written in the third person, which includes your nationality.
Ta Adesa currently operates without funding. Due to this, we are unfortunately not able to offer compensation to writers at this time.
Our team, made up of experts within the online publishing and (digital) marketing industries, works around the clock to ensure that our marketing effort is significant and not one-time, and puts the spotlight on our contributors and their stories.
Though we are a lean team, we do our best to respond to all submissions within 4-6 weeks. Expect an acknowledgement of submission email within 24 hours of submission.
